Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Administrator to manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries and partner with third-party administrators to resolve issues
- Manage new hire benefit enrollments, life events, and conduct benefits orientations
- Ensure compliance with regulations and prepare benefits reports for payroll
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, plus 4+ years of benefits administration experience; or 7+ years of experience including wellness program administration
- Experience in the service or construction industry preferred
- Professional certifications such as Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) are valued
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems
- In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and FMLA
