Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Administrator to manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries and partner with third-party administrators to resolve issues
  • Manage new hire benefit enrollments, life events, and conduct benefits orientations
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and prepare benefits reports for payroll
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, plus 4+ years of benefits administration experience; or 7+ years of experience including wellness program administration
  • Experience in the service or construction industry preferred
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) are valued
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems
  • In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and FMLA
