Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Expert in Iceland.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select software for payroll execution, ensuring compliance with Deel product technology requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in the region and prepare internal payroll reports for compliance
• Act as a subject matter expert on local payroll and HR matters, answering complex queries from employees and clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of payroll and HR experience in the relevant country
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
• Experience with managing technology and external payroll providers is an advantage
