Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to act as a Brand Ambassador and drive sales growth through customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 40-50 inbound interactions daily via chats, calls, and emails
- Exhibit exceptional service standards and maintain organized customer records using Salesforce
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers and collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment, with sales experience highly preferred
- Must be self-motivated and able to work remotely or in an office setting
- Technological proficiency required, including experience with Salesforce and Microsoft tools
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with some weekend coverage as needed
