A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (Inbound Trade Advisors).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming sales inquiries and conduct needs assessments to determine suitable services
• Manage opportunity and lead pipelines, ensuring accurate data is maintained in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers and implement contracts seamlessly

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
• Proficient with Salesforce.com
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian customs brokerage and compliance
• Sales acumen with effective time management skills
