Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage IT operations and support employees in a SaaS-driven technology environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for IT-related issues and manage device provisioning and maintenance
  • Oversee user account management across various platforms and ensure secure onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer licenses for productivity and collaboration tools while maintaining compliance and monitoring security
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of IT support or systems administration experience in a SaaS-first organization
  • Proficiency in macOS & Windows setup, troubleshooting, and enterprise management with JAMF
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration and user account management through Okta
  • Familiarity with endpoint security software and experience with SaaS tools like Zoom, Slack, and Jira
  • Understanding of basic cloud account permissions and troubleshooting
