A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage IT operations and support employees in a SaaS-driven technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for IT-related issues and manage device provisioning and maintenance
- Oversee user account management across various platforms and ensure secure onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer licenses for productivity and collaboration tools while maintaining compliance and monitoring security
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of IT support or systems administration experience in a SaaS-first organization
- Proficiency in macOS & Windows setup, troubleshooting, and enterprise management with JAMF
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration and user account management through Okta
- Familiarity with endpoint security software and experience with SaaS tools like Zoom, Slack, and Jira
- Understanding of basic cloud account permissions and troubleshooting
