Lead Application Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support - Java skills - Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for L2/L3 production issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Support, enhance, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications while collaborating with various teams
• Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to SDLC processes and documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Core Java (Java 8 or above) and frameworks such as Spring/Spring Boot
• Strong experience in production application support and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle/MySQL) and SQL/PLSQL
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting
• Experience with version control tools (Git, Maven) and basic CI/CD processes
