Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Support Analyst responsible for providing 24/7 monitoring and support for various platforms and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor environments, applications, platforms, and infrastructures across Mainframe and Cloud-based systems
- Manage incidents and outages, including troubleshooting, vendor engagement, and communication
- Create documentation and maintain the Platform Support Services Knowledge database
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Data Center Operations (DCO)/Network Operations Control (NOC) support
- Knowledge of enterprise-wide support for cloud and on-premises systems
- Proficiency in Linux shell commands and job scheduling tools
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing applications
- Familiarity with AWS monitoring tools and BMC Mainframe tools
