Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical knowledge and support to Sales Representatives and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform needs analyses and produce strategic, cost-effective solutions for customers
  • Provide timely technical support and problem resolution for field service questions
  • Assist Sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Experience in creating and executing product test plans and cases
  • Independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
