Key Responsibilities
- Perform needs analyses and produce strategic, cost-effective solutions for customers
- Provide timely technical support and problem resolution for field service questions
- Assist Sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Experience in creating and executing product test plans and cases
- Independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
