Managed Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Services Specialist to deliver maintenance, configuration, implementation, and support services to enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure custom solutions for enterprise-level clients, focusing on maintenance
• Provide on-call support for platforms, both on-site and virtually
• Train new users on platform functionalities and create customized training materials

Required Qualifications:

• Two to three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry
• One year of experience with a SaaS platform in configuration management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in tracking resolutions, bugs, and tasks using Jira and Microsoft Excel
