Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reviews on provider bill denials and manage appeals
- Review and respond to provider bill appeals for auto claims across multiple carriers
- Ensure compliance with NJ state auto PIP regulations and address issues with appropriate departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Knowledge of prior carrier or adjuster experience
- Knowledge of New Jersey No Fault PIP regulation, 1-2 years preferred
- Experience in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment
