Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Experience Manager to oversee communication strategies and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or health plan settings preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing team members
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Salesforce; familiarity with digital communication tools preferred
