Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to members through high volume phone inquiries and emails

- Enhance member satisfaction by meeting support key performance indicators and resolving issues effectively
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or contact center environment
- Proven track record of exceeding performance expectations in customer service metrics
- Technical proficiency with iOS, Mac, and experience navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and maintain a learner mindset
- Availability to work 16-24 hours weekly, including training and company holidays
