Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support Agent - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to members through high volume phone inquiries and emails
  • Process applications accurately and adhere to assigned schedules while switching between tasks as needed
  • Enhance member satisfaction by meeting support key performance indicators and resolving issues effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or contact center environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance expectations in customer service metrics
  • Technical proficiency with iOS, Mac, and experience navigating multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and maintain a learner mindset
  • Availability to work 16-24 hours weekly, including training and company holidays
