Key Responsibilities

• Process conventional, FHA, VA, and/or USDA loans in accordance with company and investor guidelines
• Maintain communication with borrowers and relevant parties throughout the loan process
• Prepare loans for closing by collecting necessary documentation and notifying the Closing Department

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in loan processing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Knowledge of FHA and VA loan requirements
