Ohio Licensed Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform customer service activities for agents and clients, including answering inquiries and handling claims calls
• Conduct account reviews and enhance existing accounts with additional coverage as needed
• Document work in the management system and support the creation of implementation project plans

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience in Account Management, Business, Sales, Distribution Management, or a related field
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or commensurate experience
