A company is looking for a Remote Medical Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and complete outbound follow-ups as necessary
- Assist patients and providers with prior authorizations, insurance verification, and medication access
- Document all interactions accurately while following HIPAA guidelines and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recent traditional call center experience
- Must reside in Oklahoma, preferably in Oklahoma City or surrounding areas
- High-speed internet with a wired connection is required
- Ability to work full scheduled shifts in a private, quiet workspace
