Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Associate to support institutional sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track action items and ensure deadlines are met across internal stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain weekly sales performance reports and dashboards
- Support sales enablement activities, including coordinating outreach campaigns and updating CRM records
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an operational, administrative, or project coordination role
- Proven expertise in CRM entry and management, preferably Hubspot
- Proficiency in productivity and reporting tools like Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets
- Experience in a sales, startup, or SaaS environment is ideal
- Interest in EdTech is a plus
