Order Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management Specialist to support solar operations and finance submission processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage milestone submittals to finance companies and validate installation photos
• Coordinate with homeowners and installation partners to resolve documentation gaps
• Generate reports from the CRM and assist with data entry and cleanup

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a US Residential Solar company
• Salesforce experience/expertise is a plus
• Familiarity with residential solar contracts and milestones is a plus
