Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Professional Services and/or Support/Technical Account management in a high-tech software industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Professional Services and/or Support processes and methodologies
  • Experience in building a high-impact, global, customer-facing team
  • Demonstrated financial expertise in budget management and forecasting
