Job Summary

A company is looking for an Out Of Network Dispute Business Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Business Process Analyst for the OON Disputes Team
• Monitor and direct team performance reporting to support data integrity and regulatory requirements
• Manage and implement departmental initiatives to meet overall objectives efficiently

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or performance/inventory management
• Experience with state and federal Surprise Billing/OON Dispute mandates
• Experience leveraging strategic relationships with domestic and global partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
