Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Development Manager to join their growing Partner team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive referral opportunities and revenue by establishing partner success programs that track and reward qualified lead generation
  • Identify and expand partner opportunities with accounting firms, PEs, and VCs through inbound qualification and direct outreach
  • Engage, qualify, and nurture prospective partners via various mediums, including email, calls, and events
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in technology sales, partner channels, or business development with demonstrated success in relationship building
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand partner needs and articulate clear joint-value propositions
  • Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and a will to win
