Job Summary

A company is looking for a CSR Patient Access Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing high volume incoming calls
  • Act as a patient advocate to resolve issues via telephone promptly
  • Perform accurate registration interviews and verify insurance information for patient appointments
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of data entry experience - Required
  • 2 years of clerical/customer service experience, preferably in healthcare - Preferred
  • 1 year of experience with third-party payors and data input - Preferred
  • 1 year of call center experience - Preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent - Required
