Patient Access Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist - Specialty Infusion REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Engages with patients and referral sources to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery
• Creates and communicates required documentation for new referrals and secures upfront payment
• Supports clean claims management and assists with special assignments as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of two years of related experience required
• Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of customer service skills required
• Previous healthcare/medical billing experience preferred
