Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Resolution Specialist to provide excellent customer service and support to patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support branches by reviewing patient accounts and obtaining necessary documentation for billing
  • Manage relationships with field leadership and patients to drive account resolution
  • Evaluate documentation for compliance and perform follow-ups for timely reimbursement
Required Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
  • Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
  • Intermediate level mathematical proficiency
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States
