Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound communications to support patients
- Schedule and confirm medical appointments while collecting and verifying patient information
- Document interactions accurately and track referrals and authorizations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of experience in patient scheduling, coordination, or customer service
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
- Experience with EMR, insurance coordination, or workers' compensation is a plus
- Comfortable with multitasking and using computer systems
