Key Responsibilities
- Execute payor strategy and business plans to meet departmental sales goals
- Initiate, negotiate, and close payout contracts and agreements based on market trends
- Develop and maintain relationships with regional and strategic accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of business development experience in the payor sector
- Existing relationships with Regional Payors and experience in value-based products/services
- Prior experience with Revenue Cycle Management and contract implementation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
