State Licensed Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to handle inquiries and sales for Medicare programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to prospective members, including sales presentations
• Follow up on leads and conduct outreach to encourage enrollments and retain existing members
• Utilize a lead tracking system to distribute leads and order pre-sale materials

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in a call center environment or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of experience
• Active, valid, and unrestricted State Life, Health & Disability license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
