Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning requirements for the CDR team
- Develop and deliver tailored sales training programs and manage comprehensive training initiatives
- Create sales tools and implement outbound programs to drive pipeline growth
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or learning and development in a technology sales environment
- Solid understanding of multi-channel engagement and customer predictive data tools
- Experience working with marketing organizations and knowledge of business development methodologies
- Expertise in creating sales tools, including playbooks and quick-reference manuals
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business or instructional design is a plus
