Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peer Guide to support patients on their journey of transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in continual learning and be open to questioning beliefs
• Provide individual support and group facilitation using a trauma-informed approach
• Connect with patients remotely at least weekly during initial treatment phases

Required Qualifications

• Must have personal lived experience with Alcohol Use Disorder
• No specific degree or certification required, but knowledge of Peer Support principles is preferred
• Experience and/or interest in using tools for virtual engagement
