Job Summary

A company is looking for a People + Culture Manager to shape its culture and drive people processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle of the company-wide Performance Management Process, including performance reviews and goal setting
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Performance Philosophy and provide guidance to managers across departments
  • Analyze People Analytics and P+C metrics to identify trends and develop actionable solutions


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in managing performance management cycles
  • Strong understanding of performance philosophies aimed at cultivating high-performance cultures
  • Ability to apply business and data insights to drive HR solutions
  • Knowledge of Human Resources disciplines, concepts, and applicable laws
