A company is looking for a People + Culture Manager to shape its culture and drive people processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of the company-wide Performance Management Process, including performance reviews and goal setting
- Act as a subject matter expert on Performance Philosophy and provide guidance to managers across departments
- Analyze People Analytics and P+C metrics to identify trends and develop actionable solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in managing performance management cycles
- Strong understanding of performance philosophies aimed at cultivating high-performance cultures
- Ability to apply business and data insights to drive HR solutions
- Knowledge of Human Resources disciplines, concepts, and applicable laws
