Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls regarding benefit eligibility and prescription status inquiries
  • Schedule medication deliveries and educate callers on their prescription benefits
  • Document information and communicate solutions to customers, pharmacies, and physicians
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems while on calls
  • Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during business hours, including occasional overtime
