A company is looking for a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls regarding benefit eligibility and prescription status inquiries
- Schedule medication deliveries and educate callers on their prescription benefits
- Document information and communicate solutions to customers, pharmacies, and physicians
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer service experience in a call center environment
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while on calls
- Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during business hours, including occasional overtime
