Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator for Enrollment Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the operational and developmental work of the CRM team, including mentoring and performance evaluation
  • Design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform, managing day-to-day operations and integrations
  • Lead application administration, troubleshooting, and data management tasks while ensuring security standards are maintained


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems
  • A minimum of five years of experience in Customer Relationship Management Application Administration, specifically Salesforce
  • Experience with database systems, system performance management, and capacity planning
  • Advanced skills in SQL/SOQL for data extraction and analysis
  • Knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica and Axiom
