Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the proposal team in creating client-focused proposals and sales documents
- Provide consultative support to the Sales team on targeted strategies to enhance competitive advantage
- Ensure timely and quality completion of projects through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree
- At least five years of professional experience in pharmacy benefit management, healthcare sales, or strategic proposal work
- Proven leadership experience in client acquisition and retention efforts
- Demonstrated project management proficiency in high-pressure environments
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products and CRM systems
