Key Responsibilities
- Build a systems and process-based sales strategy and roadmap to achieve company goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team focused on sales productivity and technology adoption
- Continuously scout, identify, and evaluate new AI tools for sales and customer onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in GTM strategy, sales operations, or sales enablement with technology adoption experience
- Strong understanding of sales and customer onboarding processes and KPIs
- Proven experience managing and developing teams
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including customizations and integrations
- Experience running tool evaluations, pilots, and building business cases for new technology
