Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Services Representative I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone inquiries and maintain required metrics, including call quality standards
  • Utilize knowledge of policies, procedures, benefits, claims, and eligibility to respond to provider inquiries
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to resolve inquiries and problems
Required Qualifications
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • One (1) year of Customer Service/Call Center experience
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
