A company is looking for a Provider Services Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer telephone inquiries and maintain required metrics, including call quality standards
- Utilize knowledge of policies, procedures, benefits, claims, and eligibility to respond to provider inquiries
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to resolve inquiries and problems
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent
- One (1) year of Customer Service/Call Center experience
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
