- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies
- Implement improvements to placement processes and monitor team performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership or team management
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Experience with volunteer management is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM databases, preferably Salesforce
