Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director, Remote, Temporary.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with 4-6 agencies to set and implement goals and objectives
• Mentor middle management for career advancement, including new Agency Owner candidates
• Assist Agency Owners with coaching and correcting deviations from established systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• College degree preferred
• Ability to work full time and/or part time as needed
• Reliable and predictable attendance
• Computer savvy
