Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer, Work Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams and Fortune 500 customers to track business problems and optimize solutions
• Drive customer discovery to understand their needs and map solutions to Atlassian's platform
• Lead value-based demonstrations and create collateral for the sales team based on customer engagements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with enterprise customers
• Proven track record in building executive relationships and collaborating across teams
• Experience with work management platforms or familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus
• Ability to interpret complex business problems and deliver value-based solutions
• Comfortable interacting with both business and technical audiences
