Senior Capture Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Capture Manager to support its Corporate Growth Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic capture efforts, developing comprehensive strategies and plans to increase pWin
• Facilitate competitive information sessions and key capture meetings
• Monitor and report on capture progress to key leaders and support proposal activities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience, including 10 years in BD/Capture
• Experience leading capture efforts for $50-100M+ Federal opportunities
• Established network within the GovCon industry
• Experience with key research tools and government databases
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
