Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Partner Managers to grow revenue-driving partnerships
- Execute co-selling and co-marketing initiatives to drive qualified pipeline and accelerate sales cycles
- Oversee partner performance reporting and collaborate with teams to refine partner attribution and forecasting tools
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM strategy
- At least 2 years of experience managing people or projects in a fast-paced B2B SaaS, ecommerce tech, or logistics environment
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and logistics technology
- Proficient in CRM and attribution systems
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to coach and scale a team
