A company is looking for a Sales AI Program Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the Generative AI strategy for the Sales organization, creating a roadmap to support business objectives
- Lead the design and execution of high-impact GenAI experiments and operationalize successful pilots into scalable processes
- Drive AI literacy and adoption across the sales force by developing training programs and establishing best practices
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales Strategy with a deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle
- Deep understanding of sales AI technologies and ability to apply them to business opportunities
- Proven experience leading transformative technology or process improvement initiatives within a sales organization
- Experience with GTM platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and Asana
