Job Summary

A company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to oversee dealer relationships and drive sales growth in the Dallas, TX region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and grow a profitable base of approximately 50 target and core dealers
  • Build sales through communication about new product launches and maintain sales revenue
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales and develop action plans to meet sales targets
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
