A company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to oversee dealer relationships and drive sales growth in the Dallas, TX region.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and grow a profitable base of approximately 50 target and core dealers
- Build sales through communication about new product launches and maintain sales revenue
- Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales and develop action plans to meet sales targets
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
