Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to join their recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hospital leaders to understand hiring needs and manage full-cycle recruiting
- Source, screen, and recommend candidates for various roles while maintaining candidate pipelines
- Build relationships with local veterinary technician programs and coordinate candidate onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or healthcare setting
- Experience with Workday ATS & Phenom CRM is strongly preferred
- Ability to thrive in a remote, independent work environment
- A passion for pets and people, especially if experienced in veterinary or healthcare fields
