Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and recommend job descriptions, titles, FLSA status, and market value
- Participate in annual market salary surveys and manage survey results
- Advise HR Business Partners on compensation philosophy and policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related Business field
- 1+ years of direct compensation experience
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in job evaluation, market pay analysis, and compensation administration
- Preferred professional certification
