Licensed Case Manager Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAIL Case Manager Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and provides clinical supervision for the SAIL case management team
• Monitors performance and ensures compliance with Navy Fleet and Family Support Program standards
• Conducts audits and case reviews to ensure accurate documentation and service delivery compliance

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology
• Two years of full-time clinical experience post-independent licensure or certification
• At least five years of specialized experience in providing clinical counseling supervision
• Current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license for independent practice in relevant fields
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
