Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst to support their internal team with configuration, administration, and optimization of Workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Workday configurations and security assignments, including business processes and system upgrades
- Configure and maintain core HCM functionality and partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting workflows
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and Prism, ensuring data integrity for decision-making
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday administration/configuration experience
- Strong knowledge of HCM Core and Recruiting modules
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Report Writer
- Understanding of Workday security framework and business process configuration
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
