Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Associate Business Banking Relationship Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute targeted growth goals in new business relationships, deposit growth, loan production, and fee income
- Develop and maintain a network of business contacts and referral sources to generate new business relationships
- Collaborate with teams to deliver excellent client experiences and identify business banking growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of Relationship Management or Branch Manager sales experience, with 4+ years of banking experience
- General knowledge of credit and the ability to learn financial analysis techniques and lending policy
- Proven track record of developing banking relationships and sales success
- Advanced degrees preferred; a High School diploma or GED is required
- Demonstrated capabilities in managing and growing a sales pipeline and developing new business relationships
