Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor, coach, and develop sales team to meet business objectives
- Responsible for sales team pipeline development, deal forecasting, and deal execution
- Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers and partners
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience and/or sales management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA is preferred
- Previous experience selling legal technology is a strong plus
- Strong track record of revenue attainment either as an individual achiever or team lead
- Ability to interact with C-level executives
