Key Responsibilities
- Manage outbound lead flow and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide detailed follow-up information
- Document customer interactions and track prospects through Salesforce while meeting daily call quotas
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in ABA as a behavior technician or similar role is required
- Sales experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Ability to work productively in a remote environment
- Basic understanding of technologies such as Microsoft Office and business practices
