Key Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify inbound marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) based on BANT criteria
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate interest and drive new leads into the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies and ensure effective lead handoff
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or demand generation
- Experience in qualifying leads and outbound prospecting in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of lead qualification frameworks and CRM systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
