A company is looking for a Capture Manager to drive growth across the DoD and Intel Community.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program managers, proposal managers, and executive leaders to ensure compliant submissions for federal government solicitations
- Develop and execute capture strategies, including customer profiles and competitive assessments, to support business growth
- Lead capture efforts and facilitate win strategy development sessions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of capture experience in the DoD/Federal Community
- Bachelor's degree in a technology field, business administration, or related area
- Proven track record of successful capture management across various acquisition sizes and types
- Strong understanding of the government acquisition lifecycle and pricing strategies
- Ability to work independently and establish collaborative relationships with various stakeholders
